All the pricing of our online shop is in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
If customers who want to pay by other currency, please contact us before making the purchase.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
*For the local customers who prefer to pay by PayMe, FPS or bank transfer, please contact us directly.
Shipping and Delivery
Local delivery (Hong Kong)
All the order will be shipped by SF Express or Hong Kong Post within 5 working days after an order has been placed and the payment has been received.
Self pick up from our studio is also welcomed, please enter the code "98HWYY" when check out and the shipping charge will be waived.
We provide worldwide delivery services. All orders will be shipped within 5 working days after an order has been placed and the payment has been received.
All orders will be sent by registered post (by Hong Kong Post) and delivered to your designated address within 14 working days of dispatch. You will be given a tracking number.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
We offer a flat rate of HK$30 for local and HK$160 for international shipping respectively.
We are happy to offer free local shipping on order over HK$1,500, simply enter the free shipping code "FREEHK" when check out.
For other worldwide customers, free shipping also offered for orders over HK$2,800, please enter the code "FREEWW" when check out.
Taxes and duties
The indicated price of the products does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import fees, custom taxes and local taxes imposed by the country where shipment is made.
Refunds & Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept refund or exchange. However, if an item is classified as faulty by us, we will offer an exchange or credit note on full price merchandise, subject to the following conditions:
Please email us your exchange/return request within 5 days of receipt; stating the requirement of your chosen item for exchange.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip or invoice.
Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached and also in its original packaging.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us. We recommend that you keep a proof of postage, as all items are your responsibility until they have reached our Returns department. Exchange or credit cannot be provided on goods that have been lost in the post.
If the exchange item is of a higher value than the return item, you must also pay us the difference in price. Your exchange item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
If exchange option is not available, a credit note(valid for 3 months) will be issued.
Item can only be exchanged once.
Please note we do not accept exchange/refund for any on sale item.
